Website statistics, no cookies
globalbqs.com itself does not use cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. To count visitors we record, per day, the page visited and the referring website. Visits are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day; we do not store your IP address and cannot identify you. Statistics are kept for at most 13 months.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser then connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
When you click a demo button you go to Calendly's own booking page, which has its own cookie and privacy policy.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use carefully selected service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, database, e-mail, automation and appointment-scheduling (Calendly) providers. Where these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Survey reports are shared with the parties to the survey as instructed by our client.
How long we keep data
- E-mail correspondence: as long as needed to handle your request, and at most two years after our last contact.
- Account and survey data: for the duration of the contract and as long as needed to support claims and disputes.
- Invoices and bookkeeping records: seven years, as required by Dutch law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. E-mail info@globalbqs.com; we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access control per client and per user, and logging of access.
Changes
We may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
